Factory
Design, machining, assembly and test in one plant.
Machines are designed, machined, assembled and run off at Bocadar's plant in Dongguan. Keeping machining in-house is what makes short-notice tooling changes possible: a fixture for a new armature model is cut, fitted and tried on the machine in the same building.
Before any machine ships it is run on the customer's own cores, commutators and wire, and the run is recorded on video.

Capabilities
- Machining
- Three CNC machining centres, two surface grinders, two CNC lathes and a wire-cut EDM. Fixtures, tooling and spindle parts are made in-house rather than subcontracted.
- Assembly & acceptance
- Every machine is run on customer parts before shipment (factory acceptance), and the run is recorded. A typical acceptance batch is 300 to 500 pieces.
- Packing
- Export wooden crates with a moisture barrier, desiccant and shock indicators; fumigation-free plywood, so no IPPC treatment delay at the port.
