Frequently asked questions
Pricing, payment, delivery and support.
Do you publish prices?
No. Every machine is configured to the armature and the takt, so the tooling and station count change the price substantially. Send a drawing and you get a quotation within one working day.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit with the order, 70% against the signed factory acceptance report before shipment, by T/T. Letter of credit at sight is accepted for complete lines.
How long is delivery?
A single machine is typically 45 to 60 days from drawing approval; a complete line 75 to 100 days. Expedited delivery can be quoted where tooling allows.
Can you build to our existing tooling standard?
Yes. Machines are built to order, so send the armature drawing together with the fixture interface or pallet drawing and the new stations will match what you already run.
Do you send engineers overseas for installation?
Yes. One or two engineers travel for installation, site acceptance and training. Air fare, accommodation and a daily allowance are quoted with the machine; visa support is arranged by the customer.
What voltage do machines ship with?
AC 380 V three-phase 50 Hz or AC 220 V single-phase 50 Hz as standard, which matches Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. Other supplies are configured at order — state the voltage and frequency when you enquire.
Which languages do you support?
Chinese and English for engineering communication, on WhatsApp, WeChat or email. Vietnamese operator documentation is available on request.
