Service
What happens from first drawing to spare parts, stage by stage.
Buying a machine from another country is a service question as much as a technical one. This page states what Bocadar does at each stage, and what the customer is expected to provide.
01
Pre-sales
Send the armature drawing and the target output. An engineer replies within one working day with a station list, a layout sketch and a quotation. Sample runs on your own parts can be arranged at the Dongguan plant.
02
Build & factory acceptance
Progress photographs every two weeks during the build. Factory acceptance runs 300 to 500 of your own parts at the agreed takt with no manual intervention, recorded on video and signed off before shipment.
03
Shipping
FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou as standard; CIF and DAP quoted on request. Export crating, packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin supplied. Sea freight to Hai Phong or Ho Chi Minh City is typically 5 to 8 days.
04
Installation & site acceptance
One or two engineers travel to site. Single machines take 2 to 3 days, a complete line 7 to 10 days. Site acceptance repeats the factory checks on your floor. The customer provides power, compressed air, a forklift and one maintenance technician.
05
Training
Operator and maintenance training during site acceptance, 2 to 3 days, in Chinese or English. Manuals and electrical drawings are supplied in both languages; Vietnamese operator sheets on request.
06
Warranty & spare parts
12 months from site acceptance, covering parts and labour excluding wear items and tooling. A recommended spare parts list ships with every machine. Remote support by video call within one working day; a replacement part for a stopped line is dispatched by air.
