Bocadar ships armature production equipment to Vietnam from Dongguan. Sea freight from Shenzhen to Hai Phong runs 5 to 7 days, to Ho Chi Minh City 6 to 8 days, and engineers travel for installation and site acceptance.

Lead time
45–60 days for a single machine, 75–100 days for a complete line, from drawing approval to factory acceptance.
Shipping
FOB Shenzhen. Sea freight to Hai Phong 5–7 days, Ho Chi Minh City 6–8 days. Fumigation-free crating, so no IPPC hold at the port.
Installation
One or two engineers on site: 2–3 days for a single machine, 7–10 days for a line, including operator training.
Power supply
Configured for Vietnam's AC 380 V three-phase 50 Hz industrial supply as standard.
Language
English and Chinese for engineering; Vietnamese operator sheets on request. Zalo and WhatsApp both reach the sales engineer.
Import
New production machinery under HS 8479/8515 is normally free of import duty under the ACFTA form E certificate, which we issue with the shipment. Confirm with your customs broker.

Can you quote DAP to our factory?

Yes. FOB Shenzhen is standard, but DAP to Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hanoi or Binh Duong can be quoted with the machine — say which province when you enquire.

Who handles the visa for your engineers?

The customer issues the invitation letter; we apply. Allow two to three weeks between the shipment arriving and the installation date.
