Universal motor armatures

Universal motors for power tools, vacuum cleaners and kitchen appliances run at high speed, so commutator runout and wedge retention matter more than on low-speed motors. Bocadar's four-station winding, welding-and-testing and three-servo turning machines are configured for these armatures.

Applicable range: armature OD 25–60 mm, shaft diameter 5–12 mm, 12–24 slots, 12–24 commutator bars.
